Kunkel Construction Ltd provides products and services available to waiver consumers like home modifications and adaptive/assistive devices. We are an established business and registered as a Medicaid provider (with a Medicaid provider Number) with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS). Ohiohcp management and staff rely on us to help identify specific consumer needs.
We can provide or complete waiver services, however all services and purchases must be authorized by a Care Star Case Manager.

Home Modifications and Environmental Accessibility Adaptations are of course at the heart and soul of Kunkel Construction. These include outdoor ramps, elevators, stair lifts, bathroom and Bedroom Access, and more- all done within the constraints of the Care Star Program.
